"The group was two families of 4, each with 1 and 5 year old children. The pool and hot tub area was used every day. Most days were warm but the pool heat was still nice to have. The gas grill and ample and new outdoor furniture were also appreciated. The screen around the pool area kept most of the bugs out. We rented a boat one day and pulled it right up to the dock and boat lift to pick up our families. The nice washer and dryer were useful as well. One bedroom had a crib so that was an added...
