Kids' Castle

The room was clean and nice. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. However the pool was cold like so cold you didn’t want to swim. I got this hotel bc of the pool and my son was shivering after 10 mins in there. It was so cold I couldn’t get in. I paid extra for the breakfast and the check in person didn’t give me a voucher or tell me any information about it. I asked the next day and told them I missed it that first day and didn’t get any compensation for that. The pool room was dirty, dark and old. The shuttle from the airport was convenient coming every 30 mins however on the way to the airport it filled up and we couldn’t go at the time we wanted. We had to wait a half hour. We were there before other people who rushed ahead and got on the van.

A great stay in downtown Philly. The room was clean and very comfortable, the staff were extremely helpful and the lovation put us tight in the middle of downtown!

Nice hotel. Very clean. The staff was helpfull. Good parking.
