"Under some sort of renovation. Getting to the front desk was a bit of a maze, but well marked. Elevator by the ballroom entrance didn't work one time so we had to take the stairs. Not a problem, only one flight for us. Both sides of sink was hot water. Breakfast delivered to your door. Very good croissants and pastries. Only coffee and juice available besides that. The inn is easily accessible and close to the bridge to cross into New Hope, with great views."

"We had a good stay at the river retreat. It was exactly as described on vrbo. Check in and check out was very easy. It is quite except for the boats going up/down the river. (Didn't bother us)We did see some wildlife while we were there.(chipmunks, rabbits, deer). My only complaints are is that there were spiders. We had a few in the house and a web on the deck. Also the screen door was a little hard to use. Other then that we would recommend this rental if you are in the area."

Ash Mill Farm Bed & Breakfast

"Ash Mill Farms is charming and the inn keeper is the nicest man who makes a wonderful breakfast. Our room was as clean and you can get a home built almost 300 yrs ago. I do have a few suggestions to make the stay more appealing. Hallway and stairway carpets/rugs need to be replaced or cleaned. Walls need to be painted. Furniture needs repairs and/or upholstery cleaning. Ac window units need to be replaced, ours was so loud that we couldn’t sleep with it on. Thankfully it was a beautiful weekend that wasn’t too hot. Front door lock needs to be fixed. Lastly, cotton, crisp bedsheets are key for me. The sheets in our room were microfiber, they did not breathe at all. If anything those sheets are what would keep me from returning."
