Excellent place to stay
Everything was excellent. The motel was very convenient to the ferry terminal , train station. Supermarket was just across the street. Hotel staff were very friendly. The room was absolutely spotless, the cleaners do a terrific job. Very modern furnishings. Bonus was the buffet breakfast which was included in the price. Overall an excellent place to stay.

Fantastic stay with family.
Very nice rooms, smart foldaway beds and sofa. Very spacious. Mini kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, nespresso machine (take your coffee caps), brand new interiors and bathroom. Just steps away from main train station, piers and shoping around the corner. Also nice bar downstairs.

Prinzipiell ein sehr gut gelegenes Hotel, welche wirklich sehr saubere Zimmer hat. Leider ist das Zimmer aber wirklich sehr sehr klein und eng. Für eine Nacht ok, aber nicht für länger.

Tæt på alt og dejligt hotel Dog skal man ikke have en stor bil for at komme ind i parkerings huset da indførelsen er lidt uhandig

Udmærket sted, dog noget(!) mindre værelser end man får indtryk af på billederne. Udmærket restaurant, men morgenmaden er noget rod. Det er udmærket kvalitet, men der er for mange gæster/for lille buffet, så man skal stå i kø længe og forinden vente på et bord. Lokationen, ift julemarkederne, er genial. Intet mindre (at julemarkederne så er små og kedelige og ikke rejsen værd kan hotellet jo ikke gøre for). Betjeningen var rigtig god.

Ok hotel.
Got an email saying check-in was between 15 and 18:00, and we had to call reception for late arrival. Tried to call all afternoon but nobody answered the phone. As it turned out, the hotel Ibis next door could handle the check-in. Otherwise no problem. Room was clean. Parking was difficult as the parking garage next door at the Kiel Casino was full, and there was no street parking available.

Schönes Hotel, das für einen Kurzurlaub mit der Familie optimal ist. Kleine Küche im Zimmer, so dass man sich auch selbst Speisen zubereiten kann.

Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich. Das Personal sehr freundlich . Das parken könnte verbessert werden dieses Parkhaus ist relativ klein und eng für ein großes Auto.

Mini-Appartment gut zum Übernachten in guter Lage
Das Miniappartment war gut ausgestattet und sauber. Wir verbrachten nur eine Nacht und das war ok. Für mehrere Nächte ist das Appartment zu klein. Die Stühle um den kleinen Tisch waren kaum als Sitzgelegenheit nutzbar. Hotels.com hat uns durch eine falsche Beschreibung zur Buchung bewogen. Leider gab es keine 2 Doppelbetten (gibt es gar nicht in dieser Unterkunft) sonder ein Doppelbett, ein Einzelbett und ein Sofa.
