Hotel is nice and breakfast is satisfactory. Hotel has no Air conditioning, but lucky for me, it spring time when I checked in. I will skip this hotel during summer months. Also, avoid room 202- I think it's the only room with a window that opens widely. The rest of the hotel rooms has upper window part that tilts about 5 inches outward allowing air to get in- not intruder.

Lovely hotel. Perfect location for picking up cruise ships as only 10 minutes stroll to dock. Lovely staff. Seline who memorized every guests name!

Convenient and clean hotel
Lovely place to stay, very clean and friendly staff. We stayed there 5 years ago when it just opened and it was still spotless. Council introduced parking fees, ie, no guaranteed parking but easy excess to under cover parking close by for Euro 9 overnight (need to ask at concierge desk).

Convenient and wonderful staff
Very nice hotel near waterfront. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms comfortable and well-equipped. Breakfast was super. Will stay next visit to Kiel.

Very good hotel to stay in, pleasant walk through the park to shopping, cafes and eateries. Breakfast was buffet, but plenty to eat, and the staff very friendly

Comfortable and friendly!
The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly! The rooms were clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The breakfast was really good - lots of choice and delicious - the coffee was especially good and available whenever you wanted it! Overall, a good hotel which was excellent value for money!

Great hotel
Very welcoming and Freindly hotel very comfortable only thing I dident like was the breakfast tables were to close the breakfast was very good with plenty of verity overall I would go back and I'd defently recommend

Comfort is exactly the word to describe this hotel
Other hotels would do well to copy this one, its very hard to fault. The location is a couple minutes walk from the old town, the beds are very comfortable, breakfast good, staff very accommodating and friendly, has its own park places but there are also many free places in the next streets, chocolates by your bed, slippers, complimentary mineral water (two large bottles), free coffee/tea from a good machine, blackout curtains, quiet area, slept very well, very clean and new, Only downsides I can think of is there's no views to the water or the old town, but that is only a couple of minutes walk.

Et fint hotel, pænt og rent. Der er parkering i P hus 2min gang fra hotellet der kan bruges når man spøger i receptionen. Morgen buffeten er ok, ikke kæmpe men der er hvad man skal bruge. Der er en del restauranter lige om hjørnet og by mitten kan nås på 10 min gang.

Sehr gutes 3Sterne Hotel. Ausgesprochen nettes Personal. Perfekt e Lokalisation da 5min zum Uniklinikum und 10 min in die Altstadt. Alles völlig problemlos vom Check in bis zum Check out. Zimmer sind funktional, alles blitzsauber. Also alles super

Super hotel for a fair price !
The Hotel has a nice central location and a very service minded staff. The hotel are updated and the rooms has a high cleaning standards. The breakfast has a big variety but was without bacon for the scrambled eggs :-) It is possible to book a garage, but this is only for smaller cars, bikes or motorcycles. I will highly recommend this hotel and we will also use this hotel for our next visit in Kiel.

Hotellet var fint. God service og venlige medarbejdere. Roligt på hotellet om aftenen. Gode indkøbsmuligheder inden for 10-15 min gang. Fin morgenmad og super med mulighed for fitness. Vi gik ud fra hotellet hver morgen for at kikke på seværdigheder. Vi så virkelig meget på kort tid.

Das Hotel Tom Kyle in Kiel ist empfehlenswert.
Gutes Hotel, die Zimmer sehr geräumig, freundliches Person und das Frühstück war ebenfalls in Ordnung.

Super hyggeligt og god service
Super god service. Ligger tæt på byen og der er parkering lige foran døren eller på siden af hotellet. Fin morgenmad. Vi var der for 2. gang og kommer bestemt gerne igen.
