This charming three bedroom home offers a private "local" experience in one of Maui's rare oceanfront neighborhoods. With idyllic views of the ocean and sunsets, this home promises many unforgettable memories. Our clean and cozy home is complete with all you need and will make your transition from daily life into a vacation as seamless as possible. A third bathroom is available and doubles as the laundry room. GE & TA taxes will be added to the nightly rate. One time cleaning fee of $475 also added at booking. GATHERINGS: Maui vacation rental codes do not allow gatherings or parties on the property. Per our permit, only 6 persons may be on-site at any time.
Towels(washed and folded) and dishes(loaded in dishwasher and started) A/C set at 74. The trash bin goes out on Sun and Wed night.
