The hotel appeared quite worn, a 70s building with a shower in the bath. The room was very bare and no fridge or coffee machine. Very expensive for the facilities in the room.

Beautiful place in a wonderful area. Staff was not always the friendliest or most informative. Pool was not really a pool for the hotel and ridiculous amount of rules. Not a place to stay with kids.

Staff is amazing. Common theme here in Ireland but these folks were great. Check in staff were helpful. Helping me negotiate the buses while parking was helpful. And breakfast buffet staff gave us great attention and to-go coffee cups without having to ask on morning two. We'd stay there again. Rooms were comfy and clean. Very walkable to this great town.

We loved that it was close to the downtown area. Our safe and bathroom door handle weren’t working upon arrival and were promptly fixed. Staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean. Parking was right across the street but would have liked to have had free parking and a complimentary breakfast included.
