The staff were so helpful. The bar staff were so nice and friendly. When we got there we were given clear instructions on parking and even got a free upgrade

Kilkenny Ormonde Hotel
Nice stay went to go book a second night but told me we couldn’t but could book it online no problem. But only after we got told no available rooms had made our mind up we choose not to book online and left. They lost out as it was a family stay.
