Room was spotless and the hotel is in an amazing location central to the bars and high street - we had a problem with the heating in our room but the issue was resolved quickly. Breakfast in the hotel was nice and the staff helpful and friendly - will visit again

Wonderful establishment! Well located, but Killarney is an extremely walkable city. Jaunting cars right outside your door and great food served in both their pub/dining room and breakfast lounge. Spotless, comfortable, nice sized room (we stayed in a twin). We recommend!

This is a wonderful hotel. Beautiful interior/lobby, and the rooms were so nice. Had a jet tub, such a surprising bonus. The food in the restaurant both for breakfast and dinner was outstanding! Perfect convenient location too.

Best hotel in Killarney!

This is my favorite hotel on this trip to Ireland, it was luxurious, a big Jacuzzi tub, great food, so many restaurants within walking distance, that were just excellent, across from the outlet mall, walking distance to the main shopping district, and the room itself was such great bedding, and so quiet, I slept 12 hours without being woken up! It’s absolutely beautiful as well.

Location Location Location

The hotel is bang on in the centre of Killarney, super location. The town public car park is a very short walk away. The reception areas / bar etc are lovely. There is a good atmosphere in the hotel. Upstairs (bedroom area) is a little bit dated.

Everything you need is within walking distance from the hotel. The parking is down the road within walking distance as well. Unfortunately you do have to pay by day other hotels in Ireland stamped our parking so we didn’t have to pay. A full day is 10 euro so make sure to prepar for that.
