"First let me say the hotel staff was excellent. The room was vlean and the bed was comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised that the room was as large as it was and the kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Another thing we liked was that the resturant Outback, believe that was the name, was across the parking lot so we didn't have to drive anywhere to grab food after a long drive in. Where I was disappointed. I took off one star...

"The breakfast was Great. The staff kept the food coming so it didn't run out for people coming in at different times. I don't understand any negative on the breakfast. Our Heater was too loud for my husband, but the unit worked for what we needed for our 3 night stay. We needed both AC & heat the weather was Crazy. VERY convenient location to the hospital there for going to see our family member we were there to visit. The cleaning of the bathroom REALLY needs improvements. I had to clean...

"Clean room, amazing staff, breakfast could be better, very clean everywhere, they are always cleaning though out the day which is a 10+, wish tv had more channels but had my computer so it was fine. Very calm investment glad there was no kids screaming like most places so again 10/10 "

"I booked my reservation on a pet friendly site. When I got there, I was told no pets. When I was looking for another hotel, they reappeared on the same pet friendly site. In their defense, they did let me cancel my reservation and refunded all my money."

"Had to cancel because we couldn’t drive that far as we thought. Expedia said no refunds. I won’t use them again. I tried to cancel and I was on the phone while the representative couldn’t find the reservation. The whole thing was not easy "

"This is an older property that has not been will maintained. Broken towel rack in the bathroom. Bath towels and bed linens stained or dirty. Bathroom door damaged. Refrigerator exterior rusting. Stained or damaged baseboards and molding (not too be confused with mold- no mold observed). Street light shining through the thin closed curtains.TV remote did not control volume nor could it be used to turn the TV on and off, only to change channel. "
