Comfort Inn in Killeen is a lovely property. The rooms are nicely decorated and the beds ….divine!! Staff is very nice and welcoming. No complaints!

Maybe have someone who actially works out to take a look at the fitness room. Not awful, but could use some help...and definitely make it available at 5 instead of 6. What would it hurt? Had to hustle hard to squeezenit in and get to work on time when it wasnt available till 6

The shower head was horrible. Less water coming out of the shower head then the bathroom sink. The bed was so high I needed a step to get in. It had layers of mattress pads so in the middle of the night I rolled in to the middle and sunk down. All the pillows were feather. Nothing provided any support. The entry doors slammed. So whenever anyone in the hallway or above me closed the door it shook the walls. The TV had no guide and very few channels. My stay was on the first floor. The view out the window was of a street and an apartment complex. It didn't feel very safe or secure. The staff was friendly. But the guy at the front desk was hardly out of high school. He didn't seem equipped to handle any issues. Location was convenient. The lobby and outside had not been updated. Overall it was juat barely passable.

Place was not what I expected. Reserved a room a a Hampton and instead got an old run down Comfort inn. Bad mold damage on the walls in the bathroom in room 312. Wallpaper was peeling off because of mold behind it. Absolutely horrible, will not stay there again.
The front desk receptionist was wonderful. I made a mistake and accidently booked a smoking room. Didn't know hotels still had smoking rooms. The smell was so bad and I had to end up going elsewhere. I really like this hotel but the smell of smoke was unbearable. The clerk was very kind and understanding.
Great value, friendly staff, clean rooms. No complaints here.

I wasn’t really happy with my accommodations. I had requested a non smoking room and received a smoking room. I had to go buy room freshener to stay the night. I was told no other rooms were available. I’m an Honors member so I was not happy. The room needed a few repairs and I had a cigarette burn on my bedding and shower was gross. Won’t stay there again. Not up to Hampton standards.

Repairs
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The self-serve breakfast had a variety of items to choose from so this was a huge plus. This Hampton Inn is in need of some major repairs. First of all the toilet seats are very low. The base of the toilets need caulking because the toilet tends to move when a person sits down on it. The refrigerators need to be replaced. The temperature of the refrigerator in my room could only be adjusted by pulling it from out of the encasement (this was done by the maintenance man). One of my family member's freezer section was completely iced over. The ice was running down into the frig area. Perhaps housekeeping can defrost the refrigerators once a month.
Hotel was close to 1st Cavalry Division reunion at Killeen Convention Center. Everything was fine -- have stayed here several times in the past and the quality has been maintained.

Good value, great staff, outdated rooms.
Staff was polite, breakfast was pretty good. Rooms were a little outdated though. Cleanliness and location are good.
The EV chargers were not all working and one was being used by the people in the apartments behind the hotel and the hotel staff didn't seem to care. The rooms furniture was damaged and the tv was insanely small.
with the exception of breakfast line, the stay was super good. Breakfast line guided you they line but was blocked at the end by a table were you were supposed to exit.

Part of the ceiling of the room coming down from a water leak, grip tape on the tub was black and gross, hairdryer didn’t work, weird substance all over the smoke alarm, buffet was disappointing. This is a $70 room that I paid nearly double that for.
The fact that The Hampton Inn was located right off the Interstate and that it just smelled clean when entering the check-in desk was an absolute relief after what my children and I experienced the two night before hand.
I accidentally booked a smoking room during the booking process. When I arrived and realized that, the hotel was unable to accommodate with a non smoking room.
I have nothing against those who smoke but believe hotels, especially ones that are priced like this one, should be all non smoking. I will never consider this hotel when using Hotels.com.
