Staff were very friendly and chatty. Room was very clean and cosy. Location excellent. W have stayed in a few hotels in Belfast and this one really stood out so will be going back again.

Leonardo Hotel Belfast
Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was absolute carnage - the Assistant Manager had no clue what she was doing and thought it proper to give a member of staff and talking to in front of guests whilst she stood about watching the carnage rather than do anything to help!
