We were disappointed that there was no welcome pack, not even a teabag. The location is wonderful, but for the money paid, cleanliness wasn’t great. The dishwasher hadn’t been completely emptied, cobwebs visible, sofa corners - not pleasant & log basket wasn’t full for our first cold night indoors. ...

The communication from Chris the host was excellent, she was extremely helpful and gave us plenty of extra information about the area.
