Our boat was delayed leaving and there was no problem staying an extra night and they even helped us with information and arrangements to catch the next boat. Thank you so much Dimitri & Christine. "Giannis was very attentive and customer oriented. He actually drove us to our room in 2 groups. The reason I rated the overall trip at 2 stars was the billing problem. I paid the bill in advance through Hotels.com. Dimitri (I’m not sure his role) told me this shouldn’t have happened. He tried to bill me full price again.
