A minute walk to the public transport, 10-15 minutes ride to the city center. The hotel is clean, the staff is very helpful ( special thanks to Ms.Pilar), rooms are cozy and if you need extra supplies, there is a room for that on every floor. Yes, I recommend this hotel, and when again in Berlin will stay at Smartments Berlin Karlshorst. "

"Very well equipped and modern room. Should have checked a little more detail as no coffee supplied for the machine and no hairdryer but everything else was perfect. Staff were very friendly and online check in/out couldn’t be more easy. Would absolutely stay here again. "

"The room was very good, but i thought the bathroom is in the room, which wasnt, on the quadriple room that i reserved was mentioned Bathroom, which makes you think its in the room, but hnfortunately it was outside. Not a big of a deal, since we stayed just one night. Otherwise, the breakfast was very very good. "
