The only good thing about the place was the employee at the front desk. She handled the mix up well and I know it wasn’t her fault and she couldn’t do anything about it. I’ll never book there again. "The staff are very friendly and professional. We checked in at 3:00pm on 11 Apr 2026, while one employee was preparing to come on duty and another was getting ready to leave. Very nice young man and the sweetest lady, who treated us like family, did not try rush our check-in. The hotel front was very pleasing and clean. Breakfast was good. Enough variety. Cons: - Hard uncomfortable beds. Noisey. - Loose tile in the bathrooms. - Not a good water flow from the shower heads, even after multiple attempts to adjust. - Hotel listed a hot tub in the description, but we found out it had been filled in and tiled over. - Pool was listed as heated, but didnt feel as though it was. Please replace your American flag. It is extremely tattered and needs to be retired. This means a lot to your patriotic guests. Good place in a pinch. "
