"An amazing little cabin in a quiet stunning part of Kangaroo Island. I’d highly recommend. It not comfortable, clean, excellent cooking facilities and amazing hosts. Sunsets, kangaroo’s, sheep, total silence. Pure bliss!"

"Good location in the middle of the island. Nice house with lovely garden surroundings where native birds can be seen from the windows. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly which is helpful in a fairly isolated area. We had some cold items and early check in could be accommodated so we could use the fridge. The hosts cooked some pizza for us on Saturday night which was good as there are no local restaurants and driving at night is not recommended due to wildlife on the roads."

"The house was well presented and the pantry was well stocked with the basics. Extra quilts and blankets are provided which we made use of as the nights were very cold, the AC did an ok job of keeping the place warm.Towels are provided for showers but no hand towel in case that bothers anyone.The river and beach are both beautiful and within easy walking distance.All in all the property was everything we needed for our stay on Kangaroo island."

"This was the first time we traveled to Australia and we were so fortunate to have the opportunity to stay at Ecopia Retreat in the Residence property! The Residence was beautifully decorated and the back yard was full of wildlife! It was a perfect stay for our family for 4 days. The host was always available and so friendly. The stars at night were unbelievable! Totally off the grid and relaxing and special!"

"We had a lovely stay at this cottage. The fire kept us warm and snug. The wildlife was amazing and the view was fabulous. We knew we were in the bush as the penguins near our bedroom were busy talking and getting back to the sea at 6.00am in the morning They were very cute. Even though the weather was cool and rainy we could still rug up to see the penguins at night time. The echidna and the kangaroos were also welcome visitors on the road into the cottage each day. Communication with Wilma and Eric was easy even though they were out of the state. Problems were dwelt swiftly and graciously. Thank youLynne, Mark and Lynda "

"Amazing location. Right next to outdoor adventures like little Sahara, and atv tours, and the wildlife refuge. Wonderful, secluded beach with all sorts of wildlife. Loved the wallaby visitors and the bird visitors."
