"The room was very clean and nice, although there was a big crack under the door so a lot of little critters could come in which was kinda cute with the exception of a scorpion that stung my boyfriend. Zayro was very communicative and friendly. The pool was also very clean and private which was great. My biggest gripe is the drive there is about 20 minutes of very bumpy off-roading which we were not made aware of. There is also no cell service on this road so if you get stuck with a flat tire, you may not be able to get help easily. Also, I believe they turned off our AC remotely since we left it on for a while. That was a bit irritating. other than that, we enjoyed our stay!"

"Amazing stay right on the beach! Joel was a wonderful host. He provided insight on the area, made several dinner reservations for us, and organized a tour to Corcovado with a local company. Highly recommend!"

"There are not enough positive words we can say about this place. It was truly an astonishing, incredible and unforgettable experience. We intended to go on a guided tour into the national park via the sirena ranger station before we arrived, but there was no need as all the wildlife you could ever hope for was right there on your doorstep. We saw 3 out of the 4 species of monkey native to Costa Rica including the Capuchin, Howler and spider monkey, we saw pelicans flying along the beach, Macaw Parrots, Pigs, Coati, Agouti and numerous birds and insects. Joel the host and owner is amazing, he couldn't help us enough and even treated us to a personal guided walk through the rainforest in a secret location very close by. We never return to the same location as there is alot of the world we have on our travel list, but this is the first time that we are considering going back. If you like being as close to nature as possible while having your creature comforts this is the place for you. There are no walls to the treehouse which means you are always at one with nature, it is truly magical. A wonderful place to stay for my 40th birthday. A word of warning, you must hire a 4x4 vehicle with a good amount of clearance. Our vehicle was a Mitsubishi ASX which was JUST high enough. It was good fun getting there but would of been even more enjoyable if we got a better off roader. Stock up at supermarket at Puerto Jimenez and fuel up before you leave. Thank you again Joel. "We both share part of miscommunication at check in, since we arrived at night and they don't have frint desk at this hour. And we didn't tell them about our arrival. But everybody just move so quickly to fix everything for us even the owner phone us from out of the country to ensure everything was ok. Road was not good, but driving was ok, hour and a half from Puerto Jimenez. Rooms are big. Rest rooms are in the room, but kind of out in the open. NO AC. But fans, electricity is by solar panels, so its limited. Area is amazing and beautiful, lake nearby and kayaks, horses. NICE place into the jungle. "

"Bisque del Cabo exceeded our expectations! The staff, villas, view from the villa, the food, grounds, and the wildlife on the grounds. A naturalist provides walking tours to discuss the wildlife which was very informative. We can’t say enough good things about our stat"

"We had high expectations and they were all met at Casa Vida Verde! Everything was spectacular! Carlos was a delight to work with and so were the chefs Marvin and Franny! Our family created amazing memories that will be with us forever. "

"This house has everything you need and host keeps it very clean. I was so impressed of how close to the beach it is and so sound it by nature; the sound of waves from the ocean was definitely a plus. When we first arrived the first thing we saw was two happy and cute monkeys on the very top of the matapalo tree. It made us take some time to start admiring the beauty of that place. I didn’t have any issues. John and Oscar were always very reachable for questions or advice. I would definitely go back to that “stress reducing” place where you can only breathe pure and clean air. "
