Staff are nice - but either not very attentive or over the top attentive. Breakfast is good. it's a great hotel for groups and first timers but less interesting for regular visitors to Bangkok. "Booked and paid for the more expensive room with king size bed three months in advance. Upon arriving we’re told they were fully booked and only had queen size beds available even if we waited. When booking a luxury hotel this should not happen, I have never even had a budget hotel pull this. "
