"Starting off review with the positive first. When I arrived, staff at front desk was super friendly & location is relatively quiet. Those are the only positives. Room was dirty, comforters had huge holes and things had definitely not been cleaned. Floors are super uneven in places. Door handles are NOT secure and I was scared to death someone was going to come through the door at any moment. Shower was clean, but I didn’t dare try it. AC does work. All in all, wouldn’t stay again, but the kid at the front desk was super friendly and knew his job very well."

"It was clean but lacked extra towels, the bed needed a warmer bed spread, no Kleenexes in the bathroom where there was a spot for a box built into the sink counter, microwave was on a luggage rack, and the indoor swimming pool was empty outside was very dark a night, the entry door lock was broke so anyone could enter the building besides motel guest and they hadn't mowed what needed mowing around the parking lot"

"We had a great stay at the Lake house. It was fully furnished with everything we needed (and more) to have a great weekend away. We didn't realize all of the bedrooms were upstairs (maybe we overlooked) so my grandmother ended up sleeping in the recliner instead of a bed. There was also an incident that occurred during our stay with the water flow to the house. Jennifer was very responsive when i frantically called her about the sound of running water behind locked door. Thankfully we were able to resolve the issue and continue enjoying our time on the property. "

"We are from Connecticut and were visiting family in Kansas. The lodge was perfect. Darcy communicated when we booked about grocery store availability in the area. It was just my husband and me. But Darcy was more than welcoming in allowing us to have our grandchildren spend a few nights with us. The only suggestion would be to add a table and chairs and place on the wall under the TV. Darcy gave us a folding table and we brought the outside chairs in which made a big difference when the grandkids were there. She did purchase some tv tables which will be very helpful as well. We will be back! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!"

"We are a family of 13! Some live in southern Illinois, others in Denver! Yoder is about half way between the two! We had a great week! Harley answered all of our questions concerning the house and even sent us pictures of the kitchen equipment and supplies! He was a great host! There was plenty of room both downstairs, upstairs and around the outside! We had a great week visiting Yoder, Hutchinson and Witchita! "
