"The hotel should be condemned I’m sad to say. The clerk was decent but could barely speak English. I asked to see the room first, walking down the hallway there was one wall with black mold looking stuff and many water marks on the ceiling tiles. The king bedspread had a cigarette burn in it. There were 2 tiny pillows and the lamp flickered off and on. And there were NO guest cars in the parking lot! That’s telling. Do not stay there it’s terrible. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very nice and we absolutely loved being surrounded by nature. Getting to see a little bit of ranch life was a bonus. The host was so good about answering questions and getting back to us quickly. We hope to return here for another stay."

"This place is a hidden gem. If you are ever near Kingman give this place a shot. The owners were nice and very helpful. The place is older but has been updated on the inside. Bed was comfy. I even had a recliner with heat and massage! "

"This small motel is always clean and quiet. The rooms are essentially clean with all the things you may need in place. The staff at the front desk are efficient, helpful, and friendly. There is a microwave and mini fridge in every room. Parking is plentiful and close to your room. They have a nice pool that is open seasonally. There are no snack or soda machines, but there is a grocery store very near by. A great place to stay!"

"Just as advertised! Quaint little place. The little shop on the farm was awesome. We got steak, potatos, asparagus, bread & butter, and raspberry ice cream for supper. We had eggs w/ last bit of steak and the last of the asparagus, farm fresh cheese, and fresh milk from right there for breakfast the next day. Saw the cows, guinea hens, and of course the cats. If you want to relax away from the city on a farm, this is where you want to go! Thank you so much. "
