"Very iconic hotel but soundproofing and plumbing weren’t great"

"Spent five nights at The Bentley. My first impressions were good. The room and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. Everything needed was there. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer iron and cleaning products (really appreciated as I’m a fan of clean as you go!) Didn’t actually meet any staff but that was ok as communication via phone was good. I’d happily stay at The Bentley again. "

"It was very clean and the location very central to bars and restaurants which was great. Unfortunately, we were only able to stay 1 night and didn’t use the cooking facility but it's always useful to have a kettle and a fridge. My only gripe is not having a shelf and power point on either side of the bed. There was a wide seat, which you couldn't rest a drink on and the other side was wall. Sockets and shelves for both users of the bed are not a luxury, but useful and essential for drinks and charging of devices"

"Overall, this is a very nice and clean place with just a few minor areas for improvement. Adding a coffee machine with pods would make a big difference—instant coffee doesn’t really match the price point and experience. We also found that the heat turns off automatically, which made the space feel a bit cold at times. The location, however, is excellent—very convenient to restaurants, shops, and transportation. Communication with the management company was great throughout our stay. One note for travelers from the U.S.: be prepared to have limited or no cellular service while in Gibraltar."

"Location was excellent , cute modern place for a few days. Instructions were great The couch had one or two dubious stains .. Towels were thin & small . 2 pillows on bed not sufficient there should be two each . Despite the negative comments would recommend the studio ."

"Excellent spot to explore the city from. Easy to walk to everything you want to see. Flat has all the amenities and the parking is an added bonus (We parked and walked everywhere). Grocery store is very close. Host is friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend! "
