    Nestled among the towering pines, this 3-story home exudes warmth and comfort. The first level hosts 1 guest bedroom with a queen bed, the perfect private oasis for unwinding.

    Upstairs, large picture windows invite natural light to fill the main floor, illuminating the vaulted, beamed ceiling over the living space. A 54" TV and wood-burning fireplace encourage guests to enjoy cozy Winter evenings on the sofa and loveseat. The cottage-inspired kitchen, complete with high-end appliances and forest imagery, provides plenty of space for cooking and hosting. Up to 3 guests can dine at the breakfast table in the kitchen, while the traditional dining area seats 6. Family Getaway

The property was perfect for a combined family getaway. It had all the amenities, was extremely easy to check-in and out. and very close to Kings Beach. We would definitely use again!

Wonderful getaway in perfect location!

We truly enjoyed our stay and there was plenty of room for our party of 8. The loft is amazing and there is so much additional space. The neighborhood was quiet and welcoming and so close to Kings Beach (less than a 5 minute drive). I wish we could have stayed longer!

Good value for the money

It’s a spacious home with plenty of private space for everyone. It is an older home and thus needs some cosmetic updates. So don’t expect 5 star accommodations…but if you are looking for a place to sleep (beds are comfortable) and make a meal or two, it’s perfect.

The property is in an excellent location to beaches and trails. The host did an awesome job communicating. I liked that they sent links ahead of time for things to do in the areas and codes to access the garage and entrance just days before arrival so you didn’t have to dig through texts to find it. I loved that they didn’t plaster the do’s and dont’s all over the place. They just put it in a link for easy access. They also send a link the day before departure with minimal checkout requirements - one of the very best I’ve had. Windows are new and great screens for fresh air at night. A fabulous wood burner stove. However, the place needs some general improvements like cobwebs cleaned from the high beams. We had to get rid of a few spiders. There were mouse droppings in several kitchen drawers so we cleaned them and put all the utensils in the dishwasher. There was a black ant issue on the 3rd floor. Both bathrooms with tubs had no way to plug for a bath and we had a toddler with us. The bedding was good and there was plenty of space for our crew.
