Tahoe 2-story cabin sleeps 6 in quiet downtown Kings Beach in locals neighborhood and 3 blocks to beach. Outdoor kitchen/seating and bbq. Brand new hot tub starting September 1. Five minute walk to jet skiing, parasailing, restaurants, ice cream parlors, mini golf and shops.
No parties. Outdoor video recoding and sound monitoring.
