The upstairs features a bright, open-concept layout where the kitchen, dining area, and living room flow together effortlessly—ideal for gathering, entertaining, and reconnecting after a day outdoors. The kitchen offers bar seating for casual bites and easy conversation, and just outside, a spacious deck invites you to sip a refreshing spritz while basking in sunshine all day long.

The upstairs primary suite is a true retreat, complete with a plush king bed and a spa-like ensuite bathroom, walk-in shower, and double sinks. ABOUT THE AREA
Located at the northern tip of Lake Tahoe, just west of the Nevada state border, Kings Beach is a beloved destination known for its outstanding public beach, relaxed atmosphere, and convenient access to mountain resorts. The North Tahoe Event Center frequently hosts festivals, concerts, and community events, while downtown Kings Beach offers year-round shopping and dining options.

Kings Beach State Recreation Area is the premier beach site in North Tahoe. With a 1,700-foot lakefront stretch, it is the largest public access sandy beach on the North Shore. The south-facing aspect and gradually deepening lake floor make it one of the warmest swimming areas on the lake. Visitors can enjoy a playground overlooking the water, barbecue and picnic areas, and popular water sports like paddleboarding, kayaking, and jet skiing, with rental shops nearby. The beach is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and the North Tahoe Event Center.

In the winter, Kings Beach is just ten minutes from Northstar California, where you can access nearly 100 trails and over 3,000 skiable acres. Northstar offers impeccable grooming, incredible tree skiing, and varied terrain to challenge every level of skier. The resort also features an ice-skating rink, a village with cozy fire pits, boutique shopping, and dining options ranging from casual to gourmet.

Kings Beach hosts a variety of annual events that attract visitors from all over. Summer brings the Kings Beach Farmers Market, Music on the Beach concerts, and the Tahoe Nalu Paddle Festival. During the winter months, the area celebrates with holiday festivities, including the Christmas tree lighting and winter carnival.

3. This section of the lake, especially in summer, requires strict adherence to public parking rules to access Speedboat Beach.
4. Fenced yard is seasonal/ summer only. Access gates to fenced backyard on on sides of home and will not be shoveled during winter months for guest access.
5. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.

Perfect Tahoe Getaway!

This home met all our needs for a great stay in Lake Tahoe. It was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals at home, which made it feel cozy and convenient. The location was ideal—close to everything we wanted to explore, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and a great place to relax after a day of adventure. We’d definitely stay here again!
