Breathtaking lake views, heated outdoor pool year round, sauna in house and in clubhouse, tennis court, pickle ball court, pier, floating dock in summer, buoy all within a gated community. 4200 sq ft of comfort. Two master bedrooms, three levels. Formal living and lower level family room. 9 TVs. Gourmet kitchen with Wolf stove overlooking the lake and pool. Monthly rental minimums. Rates vary $18,000-$27,500/month. Contact owner for details and rates on ski leases. Payment due 25% due at signing and balance due 90 days before stay. Cancellation policy 25% non refundable at signing and before 90 days of stay. Full payment due 90 days before stay. Cancellations between 45-90 days before stay is 50%. Cancellations within 45 days of stay 100% non refundable.
