"The property was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly, courteous and professional. The room was modern and very comfortable. The downside was that loud music was playing for several hours in the pool area. We finally called the front desk at 1am about it. The staff said that they had not been able to hear it from inside. They were apologetic and took care of it immediately. Just wish we had called down sooner. Overall a good stay."

"You could not ask for a better location, went several years ago and seemed to have a much better room, this one just had some little quirks that were slightly annoying. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly, quite expensive to buy snacks and eat on site, but the food was really good when you did."

"I had my connecting flight cancelled and by the time I was suppose to check in I was stranded in New York City. I tried to explain the situation and she first said someone else checked in under my name(how did that even happen) and when I told her no that was impossible because I’m In New York she said there was nothing she could do so goodbye two nights paid for nothing."

"View from the hotel room was AMAZING. Hotel grounds are well maintained. With that being said. The rooms are not clean at all, seems like nobody wiped down the surfaces in WEEKS. Dust was on everything, floors were not swept and the bed was NOT made properly. But other than that, the location was amazing and gives me a good idea of why the hotel stays so busy."
