"Staff was awesome! Public areas, room and property was very clean. Bathroom shows some wear in sinks and showers, but otherwise clean and acceptable. $15 parking fee was unexpected, especially since it was a typical motel/hotel open lot type and not appreciated without notice upon booking. Overall very good experience. "

"We had 3 couples gather for a wedding in Thousand Oaks. All of us came from different states and needed a place to fit 3 adult couples comfortably while being close to the wedding venue, and Nicole's house fit the bill. Everyone enjoyed the house, relaxing in the pool and hot tub, hanging out in the spacious kitchen, and eating dinners outside on the lower patio next to the pool. The master bedroom has breathtaking views of the mountains, and the entire house was comfortable, clean, and welcoming with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. It was well equipped with anything you would need for your stay. When questions arose, Nicole was quick to respond, and the check-in was totally painless. I would easily recommend this home to any group of friends that need a place to stay for a local event, or simply to gather and catch up with each other's lives on a group vacation. The neighborhood is quiet, and it's close to needed conveniences like groceries, restaurants, and shops. Give this lovely retreat a try, you won't be disappointed. Jim B. "
