"The room was clean and the staff were lovely. However the hotel is old and needs renovations. The washroom is very run down, the shower drips and the lights flicker for a few seconds before turning on. When we turn on the hot water is rattles the pipes like crazy. And when I would shower the floor drain would bubble up soap from the bath tub, leaving a soap pile in the middle of the washroom floor. The shower head is very loose and floppy as well."

"Was great 20 years ago but now some average staff, two non functioning lifts during breakfast time and a pool that is way to small for the property is showing its age. The rooms were still very comfortable but not quite up to 2026 QT standards. If you don’t mind about other amenities the value for money was quite good. "
