"The Yarrow is lovely old Hotel with an interesting past and is just a short walk from the town. There is a bus stop outside of the hotel. We had a lovely room on the second floor with air conditioning. The staff were really attentive and helpful. They offer a good breakfast where you can either help yourself from the buffet or you can order from the menu on the table."

"It was our first time at the hotel. The view was great. Parking was very easy and plenty of space. The room was clean and tidy and housekeeping would come in every day. The breakfast was great and a good variety for everyone. The staff throughout the whole stay were very friendly, helpful and polite. The beaches are fantastic and sandy but you will need a car to get around. We will definitely come back and would highly recommend it."

"Good easy-to-find location, reasonably handy for city centre. Big comfortable room. Plenty of parking. Slightly over-priced continental breakfast (but aren't they always?) - but they bring you your tea / coffee rather than you having to do your own out of machines, which is always a big plus for me. Had a quick evening meal here one night - nothing special but OK, decent value and nicely delivered. Staff were always really helpful - occasionally slightly disorgansied/chaotic but no problem. Nice hotel, good experience. Thanks."

"Our room had a few issues when we arrived. It was cold, the water didn't drain away very well and the tv handset couldn't adjust the volume on the set, which was too high. Within 15 mins of reporting these issues, they had replaced the handset, cleared the sink and brought up a small radiator (and explained how the thermostat worked) The room was was clean and comfortable and the included breakfast was good with plenty of options. Would definitely stay there again"
