"GREAT LOCATION, easy walk to Queenstown CBD taking in the scenic view along the way.
LARGE SUITE ROOM with a bath as a bonus for the tired muscle from hiking. Our view didn't have a lake view, but the mountains and paraflying definitely made up for it. The huge bed was comfortable. And the clean room was supplied with cutlery and crockery for self-contained meals, if needed. There is a laundry for guest use a fully equipped gym. As well as a spa.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.

"Nice views. No noice from construction where we stayed. I bit far from the action but that suited us. They have a very exclusive restaurant that we didn’t use. Nice clean room with all amenities. Friendly staff."

"Room was spacious. Views are great. Very out dated and stinky suite. Stained carpets and scuffed floors. The building was very noisey, people smoking in adjacent suites. Kitchen was well equipped and smart tv’s were nice. Road traffic busy area but an easy walk to downtown and queen’s park. Seemed expensive per night."

"Great location, just 10 minute walk to town. Hotel is clean, comfortable, convenient. Staff is nice, although hardly saw the same person twice in 4 days. A lot of large tour groups staying there so the lobby and breakfast can be a bit crowded and noisy. Would have appreciated a coffee machine in the room. "

"The room -327 was so tiny, too hot, too noisy and the air cooler did not work. We opened the window and door and the cigar smoke from someone downstairs just was awful, we had to close it and been so hot.
The breakfast buffet was lovely and the cappuccino. The bar downstairs overlooking the lake is cool and nice! Have a bottle of the Roaring Meg wine from NewZealand…. Go to Walters Station on the Earnslaw!"
