"The location was good and free parking. The rooms looked nothing like the photos. Everything looked like it was from the 80's and very worn. If we were staying longer than 1 night I would have tried to find somewhere better"

Bournemouth West Cliff Hotel & Spa
"It was not mentioned in advertising / booking but on arrival I was told there was a £20 charge to use the spa for the duratin of my stay. I declined and used the pool only. Neithe was it clear that parking in the road immediately outside the hotel was Free. whereas parking in the hotel a mere 25 ..."
