"We do not recommend this hotel. The overall vibe is creepy meets dated meets dirty. The first room we were assigned reeked of cigarette smoke. We were given a new, larger room. But the bathroom in the second room had a terrible mildew smell. The wallpaper in the room was peeling and the furniture and bedding is extremely low quality/uncomfortable. The food in the restaurant was not edible. The server was nice, but seemed apologetic about the quality of the food."

"We stayed here while traveling for a concert at the Arena next door. The staff was great and very attentive. You get what you pay for, the hotel is definitely dated once you get past the lobby. You could hear every noise from the bathroom, which was small and limited. There also were no trash cans in the room. When we went to leave the parking garage at 4:00 am, we had a small issue, but someone promptly fixed it after using the call feature."

Lobby smelled like cat urine, disgusting, From the doors to the rooms look like they were all broken into, not secure, either staff or guests smoking, torn carpet, emergency window exits secured shut- serious code violation, mattresses horrible, horrible coffee station, chipping bathtub, glue all over tiles, toilet falling apart, no full length mirror, lock not secure on door between rooms, desk chair damaged…. "

When we tried to get a drink at 10, it was already closed. The room was clean, but had an unpleasant odor, so we put the ac on high. It’s a very cute hotel and the staff were friendly."
