"Location is excellent, very centre and convenient and transportation is easy. Right above the shopping mall and you can easily walk to other shopping malls around. Take the airport shuttle bus No. 5, get off the first stop in the Osaka city centre. Very easy. Hotel is big and beautiful. Staff are very friendly and nice. Got everything we need and have toothbrush, comb, shaver provided. Also have warm water and coffee at the lobby to serve. Everything is automatic is nice. Will recommend to people who don't want to travel fore and back by subway or metro a lot. "

"A seriously great stsy in the heart of Osaka. Rooms are on the smaller side but nothing unmanageable. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the shower room was amazing. The staff are all friendly and welcoming, and the downstairs complimentary tea, coffee and drinks is a nice touch. Would absolutely stay again."
