"Excellent breakfast, comfy bed and a room with a good temperature and impressive house keeping. I had stupidly left 2 spoons in my room that had been cleared away by housekeeping but they managed to locate them next day!! That’s going the extra mile. The garden wing building isn’t the prettiest but the rooms are refurbed and the grounds of the hotel are nice. Changing rooms are small but for the price it’s a great deal. "

"Parking was very satisfactory and convenient. Room was very clean. All staff very polite and trained to high standard. One observation I must mention. Need a toilet brush in the bathroom."

"Staff were happy to deal with a couple of requests re changing the duvet and pillows to non feather/down filling and they had pre-installed a dog bed and bowl, which saved me another trip to the car thankfully. Comfortable, well equipped and dark bedroom. Very nice public areas and staff"
