Nice hotel, food delicious, staff v friendly and helpful, traditional music was great, beautiful area but weather was terrible, but would be beautiful place in summer. Easy to get there.

Need to improve heat and cleanliness

First room was dirty and had not been serviced They were very apologetic and gave another larger room which was very cold Given 2nd heater that was broken They bought a 3rd heater and left in room but they didn't plug in so room cold Breakfast nice next morning and staff helpful

Excelente opcion en Kinvara

Excelente estadia, buen desayuno incluido. La ultima mañana tuvieron problemas con el calentador de agua por lo que no pudimos tomar una ducha, salvo esto la estadia fue perfecta. Buena ubicación para explorar County Clare.

Lovely staff but......

The hotel staff are lovely but the bedrooms do leave a little to be desired, they are very tired looking and need an overhaul, The shower is grubby, the grouting is dirty and the radiator in our room didn’t work, the beds are not comfortable, we complained and they moved us to a family room which was marginally better....all in all it just needs some work doing, we wouldn’t be any rush to stay there again, but the staff are very lovely

Not pleased

After looking through a lot of reviews I was pretty confident that it would be a good place. We were so excited to be in beautiful Kinvara. We parked in the lot in back and the sign over the door stated entrance. I was a little disappointed in the entrance I know it was the back of the building but it could be Mae to look nicer. When we got upstairs. The rugs in the hallway were all stained and entering the room I was very disappointed. It was very dated. The carpets were not in the best conditions and the curtains were dirty and you could smell the dust when opening the window. The bathtub had areas around the shower head that ere disgusting g. They could simply spray bleach and clean it. I was so disappointed We did see a room across the hall when they were cleaning that ones updated. But we were not happy.

Very good hotel in small pretty town

Stayed for 1 night and the staff were very friendly. The room was lovely if not a little dated but in saying that it had all you needed for the great price you paid. The breakfast was great as was the meal at the bar downstairs. Would definitely stay there again.

Was by far the most expensive stay during our trip through ireland, and unfortunately also the dirtiest. Bathroom door was sticky, toilet not that clean, electric kettle had a disgusting crust

Lovely place to stay with very friendly staff.The room was a good size and the hotel had loads of character. The breakfasts were great and the dinner we had in the restaurant was also very good quality.

The Staff was extremely lovely! We had left a bag at our last hotel. Kathleen, at the front desk, drove back the two hours to get it! A special shot out to Kathleen! She saved our holiday!!!!!

Belle surprise

Une étape sur la route de Killarney... Mais une bonne surprise à l'arrivée avec un accueil sympathique, un parking à l'arrière de l'hôtel, une chambre très agréable et une cuisine de pub très satisfaisante. Très bon petit déjeuner dans une ambiance détendue. Bref, une bonne surprise.

Das Hotel und seine Einrichtung sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das Bemühen um stetes Renovieren ist aber erkennbar. Insgesamt sehr angenehm und jeden Cent wert.
