"チェックイン時の説明が非常に分かりにくかった。チェックイン当日が台風だったため、前日に旅館に電話し、遅れるかもしれないので夕飯を遅らせられないか聞いたところ、まず一回目は確認して折り返すと言われたが4時間経ってもこず、こちらから再度電話をし夕飯の事を確認したが、あまり遅らせられない、片付けのこともあるしなるべく遅れないで来て欲しいと言われた。台風が来てて交通機関が駄目になるかもしれないのに全く融通を効かせてくれない事にまず不信感を抱きました。2泊3日だったがの朝食の内容が2日連続同じだったのもマイナスでした。夕飯の時間は早い順で埋まっていくのでチェックインが遅ければ遅いほど早い時間の夕飯になります。またこの旅館に来たいとは思いませんでした。"

"This is a hidden gem that I literally stumbled upon. This area is famous for agriculture so the food was sourced locally and amazing. The staff is international so even if you don't speak much Japanese you will be fine. It is peaceful and fun to walk around the area. We even met a young tomato and melon farmer who showed us his greenhouse. It was like staying in a ancient Japanese palace in a very local village. "豊橋駅直結で、本来は電車利用の方にとって便利なホテルかと思います。今回は自家用車で伺いました。改善点の方が多く書いてしまいましたが初めて宿泊する際の困りごとがほとんどです。お部屋自体は清潔で快適です。 ◎部屋の遮音性には驚きました。高層階(12F)ではありましたが、隣や廊下はおろか、電車の音が聞こえませんでした。 ○室内は清潔で問題無しです △部屋のアメニティは平均的。飲料水は部屋になくフロントから自ら持っていく必要があります入浴剤が無いのは残念でした △駐車場が離れていて、結果的に宿泊者割引も無し。 1日に出し入れしても料金が変わらない、というのがメリットらしいのですが、日中は出かけ、この特典は享受できませんでした。50mほど歩きまして、雨風強い日でしたので少し残念でした。 △駐車場からチェックインに向かう時、看板がなく階段を登るのか、一切わかりませんでした。駅同様2階に行ってみて、入り口はありましたが結局ロビーは1階、重い荷物を持って傘もさしていましたので残念でした。"

"The most hospitable staff, especially the Japanese front desk staff! The rooms are well maintained, although I am not a fan of the strange, bouncy "tatami" floors (and the small dead roach in the bathroom area was a bit shocking). I love the drinks lounge with the gachagacha capsule machines. The meals were amazing and fun!"
