"All in all a good experience, nice meals and rooms however the furniture were a bit dirty and needs updating. A good stay with nice onsen and lovely surroundings."

"The hotel is conveniently located close to the JR Hamamatsu station and the bus terminal. The staff was friendly and quick to support. The interior of the hotel has a sort of regal, grandiose and mid 1990s decor. The room I stayed in was reasonably large, 1 king size bed, but the furniture, electronics and bathroom is a bit dated when compare to some of the contemporary hotels in Tokyo and Kyoto. I didn’t try the restaurants in the hotel as there were many eating options around the hotel. "
