Comfortable stay. There is free shuttle service from ugata station, you need to book it with the hotel via phone. There is a big hall for breakfast with plenty of choices for Japanese n Western menu.

Decent peaceful vacation spot
I really enjoyed this hotel as we booked Japanese style room. The only biggest complaints are the facts that there are only three elevators that we needed to wait for traffic congestion and very limited restaurant options. Other wise, we had decent stay.

オーシャンビューの和室に泊まりました。 泊まった夜は真っ暗で何も見えませんでしたが 翌朝カーテンを開けたら絶景が広がっていました。 夜21時から23時にラウンジが使えたのですが ドリンク、アルコール飲み放題でおつまみ食べ放題だったのが感動でした♪ 大浴場も広く、露天風呂も良かったです。 1つだけ残念だったのは、喫煙所のクーラーが何故か17.5℃で寒すぎたとこです、、 誰があんなに低くしたのか それ以外は文句なしです。 また三重に行く機会があれば是非泊まりたいです。
