"The rooms at Porters are beautifully kept, spacious and with ample amenities. The location is excellent and our suite was superb for our family. Staff at Porters are always a highlight - going out of their way to help and make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The surroundjng area is loaded with dining options and is a short drive to surrounding cellar doors and scenic spots that Hawke's Bay has to offer. We will be back for our third stay in April 2026!"

"Lovely homely batch kept us nice and dry and warm during some horrible weather. Everything we needed and we enjoyed having a very easy to use fireplace! Lorraine was very quick to reply to any questions I had. Would love to go back when the weather is better to enjoy the beach."

"We loved this beautiful house! It was old meets new, a lovely quaint house with all the mod cons you needed. Everything was thought of, we could have even baked a cake if we'd felt like it! It was very clean and felt homely and comfortable. We loved walking around the orchards and sitting on the deck watching the birds and bunnies We came away feeling very relaxed and recharged, thank you! "
