Amid the beautiful hills near Kirchdorf in Tirol, you will find this traditional 2-bedroom apartment to host 4 guests. Suitable for a family or couples on a romantic getaway, it has a swimming pool and a terrace to enjoy a fun barbecue.

Brace yourself for some skiing fun, for you will be in the proximity of the Kitzbühel - Kirchberg ski area. There is also a ski school and a ski rental store, 0.3 km away. If you wish to procure general supplies, you can visit the nearby supermarkets, 1 km away. The nearest ski lift is 0.3 km away. There is a lake at 10 km for a pleasant day-out.

This apartment is on the first floor and opens to a cosy living cum dining room with a satellite TV. We had a nice stay. Friendly landlords. The apartment is very clean, nicely finished and everything is there. Beautiful view from the balcony. Really a place to unwind.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es ist ein ruhiges Haus. Der Balkon ist sehr schön und man hat einen wunderschönen Blick in die Natur. Mit Kindern ist die Wohnung ideal, da es sich bei den Schlafzimmern um ein Durchgangszimmer handelt. Auch ausgestattet ist die Wohnung sehr gut. Es könnten ein, zwei Wassergläser mehr sein, aber man kommt zurecht. Das einzige was etwas störend ist, ist der Straßenlärm der Hauptstraße in einem Schlafzimmer - also mit geöffnetem Fenster schlafen geht nicht. Für uns auch etwas befremdlich war, dass man bereits unten an der Haustür (die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. OG) die Schuhe ausziehen musste und dann durch Flur und Treppenhaus mit Strümpfen laufen musste. War auch umständlich beim Auto aus- und einpacken. Ansonsten aber alles top 😊👍

Hi, die Dame war überhaupt nicht Gastfreundlich. Sie war am ersten Tag in unsere Wohnung und hat ihre Rundgang im Haus gemacht und gemeint alle lichter wären an gewesen was nicht gestimmt hat und Fenster wären gekippt. Ich dachte in Österreich Respektiert man die Privatsphäre anderer aber anscheinend lag ich falsch. Ich kam mir wie im Kindergarten vor, müssten uns rechtfertigen was wir tun und nicht tun. Keine schöne Zeit dort leide. Die Landschaft war sehr schön haben vieles unternommen und genossen. Schade die Gastgeberin so drauf war. Ramin Afrouz Bita Montazeri

Das Appartement ist sehr liebevoll und schön eingerichtet und bietet allen Komfort. Wer mag kann auch den Pool nutzen; allerdings im privaten Garten des im Haus lebenden Eigentümers. Wer allerdings lärmempfindlich ist, sollte das Haus nicht auswählen. Direkt vor dem Haus ist die sehr stark befahrene Innsbrucker Str. Wir haben jede Nacht mit Ohrstöpsel geschlafen.

Eine traumhaft schöne Wohnung „Hilde 1“, bestens ausgestattet, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Wir haben hier eine wunderschöne Woche verbracht. Der Pool und die Sitzgelegenheiten sowie die urige Gartenanlage lassen einen den Urlaub so richtig genießen! Die Besitzer sind sehr gastfreundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt!

Erg vriendelijke eigenaren van het appartement. Wij hadden de 4 persoons appartement met prachtig en rustig uitzicht op het dal en berg. Zwembad was een geweldig aanvulling voor onze kinderen.

Wir (junge Famlie mit 2 kleinen Kindern) haben eine wunderbare Woche in diesem wunderschönen und liebevoll eingerichten Haus verbracht. Es fehlt an nichts, sehr gemütlich in tiroler Stil eingerichtet. Herrlicher Blick vom Balkon auf den Wilden Kaiser. Sehr herzliche und freundliche Vermieterfamilie und der Pool im Garten ist ein Traum!!!! Absolut empfehlenswert und wir kommen sicherlich wieder!!!!

Wir waren im Juli hier im Urlaub und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Sehr nette Gastgeber, sehr gepflegte Wohnung, wunderschöner Garten und als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung sehr gut. Nach hinten heraus hat man einen herrlichen Ausblick auf den Wilden Kaiser und im Garten und in der Wohnung merkt man, dass hier sehr viel Liebe hineingesteckt wurde. Fazit: wir kommen gerne wieder!

De verhuurder belde ons om te vragen, hoe laat we zouden arriveren. Keurig ontvangst, schoon appartement geschikt voor max 4 personen uit 1 gezin. Kirchdorf zelf stelt niet veel voor. Wel is de bakker in het dorp (3 minuten rijden) alle dagen open va 7.00 uur, zelfs met Kerst. Skigebieden Fieberbrunn Kitzbühel en Brixentall op max 20 minuten reisafstand.

Het was een top appartement! Schoon, mooi en alles aanwezig. Aan alles is gedacht! Uitzicht op een stuk dal en bergen is fantastisch. Gastvrouw is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Binnen een straal van 30 minuten rijden is zoveel te zien en te doen. Er is op veel plekken aan jonge kinderen gedacht, super!

Mooi en schoon appartement met balkon met fantastisch uitzicht! Alleen een beetje jammer dat een slaapkamer aan de kant van de doorgaande weg ligt waardoor het wat minder rustig is.

Even though the appartment was by a main road, we still found it quiet and very comfortable. It was a short distance from St Johan and also not far from Ellmau. The appartment was very will equipped and the owner lived in the same block and was very helpful. Just one tip, the owner only seemed to speak German, but not a problem for us because my son is fluent in German. Generally the Tyrol is a great place for a ski holiday. Looking to return next year.

Wir waren zu viert (2 Pärchen), für 2 Nächte in diesem schönen Feriendomizil. Das Apartment (2 Schlafzimmer, mit Küche/Aufenthaltsraum) war offensichtlich neu renoviert. Es ist sehr urig, aber doch auch modern eingerichtet (viel Holz), alles sehr schön und mit Liebe zum Detail dekoriert. Alles ist super sauber, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, sodass wir fleißig kochen konnten. Das Haus liegt gut, direkt an einer Langlauf Loipe. Zum Skigebiet St Johann sind es mit dem Auto nur wenige Minuten. Auch ein Skiverleih ist in der Nähe.

We recommend stay at Haus Hilde very much. The apartment was exactly as presented on the website. Very clean and stylish refurbnished. The host was very nice and helpful as well. We will come back surely.
