  • Holiday village "Seepark Kirchheim". Outside the resort, 4 km from the centre of Kirchheim, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, on the lake, in the countryside. Public parking on the road. Shop 4 km, supermarket 4 km, shopping centre 4 km, bakery 4 km, café 400 m, bus stop 400 m, railway station "Bad Hersfeld" 15 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, thermal baths 15 km. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km, tennis 10 km, minigolf 15 km, walking paths from the house 300 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Stausee 500 m. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The Seepark is divided into four “villages” with a total of 139 holiday homes, which are grouped around the reservoir (10 hectares of water, bathing, water skiing, sunbathing area). Route around lake is ideal for walking and jogging.

Open kitchen 8 m2 (mini-oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC, sep. WC. Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 room 10 m2, with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), hand-basin. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed and hand-basin. Electric heating. Small balcony 5 m2, terrace 10 m2 partly roofed, patio 30 m2, lawn 50 m2. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue (portable). Beautiful view of the lake and the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot, logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. On the ground floor, the rooms are connected by stairs (mezzanine). Distance to the reservoir: 400 m.

Fijn huis in rustige omgeving

Leuk huisje voor 4 personen. Na reiniging van de doucheput werkte de douche prima zonder overstromen. Kookplaat met 4 kookzones, goede oven, vaatwasser en nieuwe koelkast. Samenstelling van servies was rommelig maar wel compleet. Matrassen zijn aan vervanging toe. Niet storend maar extra verlichting in de keuken zou fijner zijn.

Das Haus hielt nicht annähernd, was es versprach. Der erste Blick war schon ein Schock, dunkel, klein und eng, muffig, schmutzig! Gott sei Dank waren wir nur zu zweit, mit 6 Pers. wäre unvorstellbar. Den Grill mussten wir einfordern, den Parkplatz am Haus gab es nicht. Beschrieben war, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher mitzubringen sind, aber es fehlte alles! Keine Mülltüten, kein Toilettenpapier, kein Besen, nichts. Wir konnten draußen sitzen, aber für 6 Pers. hätte es keine Sitzplätze gegeben...

Einmal und nie wieder

Der Geruch wenn man das Haus betritt. Ist muffig und mooderich, im Bad nach Kanal. Die Betten haben eine Gesamthöhe ca. 30 cm. Die Matratzen sind durchgelegen und von schlechter Qualität. Im Bad ist die Dusche undicht, bei der linken Tür fehlt das Gummi im unteren Bereich, nach dem Duschen stand das Bad unter Wasser. Die Ecken der Türen sind schwarz vom Schimmel, da der Boden kein richtiges Gefälle hat. Die Küche geht, aber das Geschirr ist zusammen gewürfelt. Abfluss im Boden notdürftig dicht.

Wunderschönen Urlaub

War sehr sauber, alles da was man braucht. 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, 1 Schlafzimmer mit Einzelbett. Eine Toilette, ein weiteres mit Toilette und Dusche. Komplette Küche mit Herd, großen Ofen, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine und Toster. Töpfe und Geschirr komplett. Schönes Wohnzimmer. Sehr hilfsbereit und nett waren die Verantwortlichen vor Ort. Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage

Nur sprechenden Menschen ist zu helfen

Ferienwohnungen werden von vielen Menschen besucht und nicht jeder lässt die nötige Sorgfalt walten. Wir haben Kontakt mit dem Ferienhaus-Service aufgenommen und die Hilfe kam prompt. Sehr gute Kommunikation, wir fühlten uns gut aufgehoben. Das Haus selbst liegt am Waldrand, ist gut zugänglich und hatte für uns das nötige Erholungspotential. Deshalb können wir diese Ferienhaus empfehlen, alles bestens. Vielen Dank

Keine Einweisung, Handtücher nicht voll- ständig, Töpfe ohne Deckel, nur eine große Pfanne, allgemeiner Zustand: teil- weise renovierungsbedürftig, Schlafzimmer EG sehr eng, Zugang zum Bett nur von einer Seite, keine bzw. kaputte Vorhänge in Schlafzimmern OG
