We like the indoor family onsen and breakfast. The outdoor family onsen is abt 100 steps away. The staff are friendly and helpful. However facilities are a bit old and our room’s light was sort of broken and very dim at night.

I have traveled and worked in Japan for 10 years. This hotel onsen is the finest I have visited. The baths are located in your room, in common areas and in private family baths. There is a very special bath just steps away from the hotel below a WATERFALL, that can only be described as HEAVEN ON EARTH. I will return for another week at this hotel in April. Thank you Expedia for leading me to this magnificent destination.

フロントの年配のスタッフさんも食事の時の配膳係の方も笑顔で接客してくださり、心地よかったです。メニューの鮎の姿焼きが私どものイメージと違ってガブリと食べれなかったのが、残念でしたけど、そのほかの料理はおいしくいただきました！子供達やお友達にも勧めたいと思います！ありがとうございました！

全てに置いて満足でした。お風呂も気持ち良かったし、お料理は味も品数も満足、強いて言えば足の悪い親を連れていき、階段が多いのと　お風呂までかなり距離がありましたが、それでも満足してくれたので良かったです。
