The unit is very decent with a lovely private onsen. The staff is very helpful and kind. It’s money worthwhile. I will probably visit again if I visit the area again in the future.

温泉はとろみがあって最高でした。 ご飯は朝食も夕食も美味しくて感動しました。朝から鶏飯はお腹に優しく食べやすかったです。ただエアコンをつけるとくしゃみと鼻水が止まらなくて、もしかしたら埃があったのかなとは思いました。それ以外は大満足です。

電気が少なく薄暗い（部屋もトイレも）。夜はとても過ごしにくい。朝も洗面所に日が入らない為、電気が必要だがランタンと薄暗いセンサーのみ。化粧中すぐ消える。 食事も、簡単なもの、対応サービスも△金額の割には合わない

空港から車で20分ほど。この立地と霧島温泉、あと高級感に惹かれて予約。周囲にコンビニも無い普通の住宅街にポツンとあったのは意表を突かれましたが、一旦入れば、そこは瞬時に異空間に浸れる造りで素晴らしい。しかし問題はおもてなし。朝の飛行機が意外に早く、当日午前中に朝食について問い合わせしました。すると最早で7:30なので朝食はキャンセルするしかなく、返金も不可とのこと。自分に取っては夕食よりむしろ朝食が旅の重点なので、とても残念ながら了承。でもその代わりに、せめて朝食の一品などを夕食に添えてもらえないか？要請。そしたら、フロントの美しいロングヘアーの女性がいっしょ懸命動いてくれました。でも結局、料理長、もしくは管理者は動かず、顔も見せず。このレベルの宿の朝食料金は相当なはず。結果、もてなされた気がせず、なぜか架空の朝食に数万円（３名）払わされた感しかない。鹿児島空港のアクセス良く、いい宿なら是非再び！と思ってたけど、もう二度と行かない。
