Guests have access to the whole house and 2 private parking spaces- 2nd one is available upon request.

As standard a 2 person booking is for one bed only (King Size). 3 -4 person 2 bed, 5-7 persons- 3 beds.

It’s an additional £15 linen fee to cover the extra cleaning required for another bed should you need separate beds.

This helps us keep the nightly prices low.
Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a penalty of £35 per person per night- unless you communicate beforehand and you will be charged the additional guest fee of £25 per guest per night as in the original terms. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy of 4 guests.

Anyone who checks in before the time listed may have their reservation cancelled and will be charged a minimum of £50 fee, this will be the same if someone checks out late- £50 fee will apply.

No smoking or vaping anywhere in the flat or outside in the stairwell
