"The parking lot and surrounding area could use some work up with repaving, new side walks, sealing of cracks, etc. The hotel seemed adequate except it could use an update to the building and a thorough cleaning."

"I have been here before. This is one of the best kept secrets in Decatur, IL. Other than the Lincoln Square Theater which was built around 1915 and host many classic rock concerts. They have a lounge with food and drinks. It is a awesome place to stay. "
"This home is exactly that. A home. It is so warm and welcoming and you feel so good when you walk through the front door. Check in was so easy and the home is exactly what you see online. What you don't see is how easy it is to communicate with Mark. How well stocked the home is. How comfy the furniture and the beds are. This place took me back to my childhood when I used to stay at my grandma's house or my auntie's house. But back to how well the house was stocked. EVERYTHING you may have forgotten, thought you should have brought, or even hadn't thought about bringing until you got to Marks house. Every room was stocked with anything that you might need. The kitchen was FULLY stocked. That was such an amazing surprise. I stay in a lot of rentals and none of them stock the kitchen. Not even with the basic needs. So it was wonderful to get to the house after a long and tedious trip and open the fridge and there was stuff to eat. What a blessing. I would recommend this home to any and everyone. It is quite special. We brought my granddaughter to get setup in her dorm at Millikin University and her dorm was literally a 5 minute walk from the house. "
Charming 3-bedroom house in enchanting Decatur with WiFi, AC
10/10 Excellent
"We had 6 ladies who shared this house for 2 nights. It was a good location close to our conference location and dining needs. We will definitely consider this house in the future. It is on a main road so there was a bit of traffic noise but it let up later into the evening. We were easily able to accommodate ourselves with the 1.5 baths. Rosa was always available to answer my questions and very quick to respond. "
