Hotel had no electricity one night and then again for a few hours. The hot water worked whenever it wanted to. Rooms had a peculiar smell.
Negatives aside, staff was very helpful. They accommodated limited mobility guests well. Breakfast was ok, nothing out of the ordinary.
If you want a place to just go sleep after a day out this works well.

The location is great in the Termini train station area. The hotel has good family rooms, perfect refrigerator, and free breakfast. The staff is great-good value for one night stay.

Everything was great. The check in process was fast. Enjoyed breakfast specially it was located on the rooftop. The room was always clean. Friendly and helpful staffs.

"Average food, high prices but very bad beds and pillows. Mattresses so hard they gave me aches and cramps. They’ve clearly scrimped on the mattresses here and for 250 euros a night it’s a joke. Avoid"
