Apart from the online check-in process everything was perfect. great value for money, perfect location next to tram and metro and lots of bars and restaurants and shopping around. Checkin was solve via what's app after which everything was very smooth. Perfect service throughout

Excellent hotel! Great location, quiet, friendly and helpful staff, nice room. Only one complaint: the sauna was “out of order”. But other than that one minor issue everything was perfect.

We loved staying at this hotel. Very good breakfast buffet and tons of dining options within easy walking distance. The front desk staff was extremely helpful in providing us with a restaurant list. They were very helpful with maps, HOHO bus reservations, and river cruise tickets.The only negative comment about everything is that the elevator was too small and very slow.
