"The water heater has hot water fir maybe 2 minutes. I did report to the front desk. They seemed to try to fix it, but it did not get fixed. When I checkedin, the shower floor did not drain. It lookedlike my room did not get cleared it was supposed to be. They cleaned ny shower next day. The breakfast was about between 6 and 7 on the scale 0f 10. Maybe closer to 6. "Super Hotel, vorallem die große (ehemalige Tennis-)Halle mit vielen Möglichkeiten für Babies und Kinder zum Spielen (Bällebad, Hupfburg, Klettergerüst, Arcade-Spiele, Trampolin, ...). Unterirdischer Gang zur Therme. Hotel und Spiele-Halle ist sehr sauber gehalten, im Zimmer gibt es auf Wunsch alle nötigen Utensilien (Wasserkocher, Babyflaschen-Wärmer, ...) für Babies. Einrichtung und Deko ist jetzt nicht super modern, aber sauber und gepflegt."

We were on a business trip and the three most expensive rooms we booked - which was pictured with a desk - did not have one. No toiletries provided except for soap. And no room cleaning - apparently you had to request it. Reception lady was so unfriendly and cold."
