近隣に夕食のとれるところがなく、夕食の予約をしていなかったので慌てました。売店でかろうじてカップラーメンや冷凍食品（2種類のパスタのみ）が買え、フロアーの電子レンジを使って食べました。夕食の予約をしないと選択肢がないことが前もって情報としてあるとよかったです。到着が遅くなる場合など、売店も閉まってしまい、困る方も出てくるのでは？朝散歩の自然のレクチャーは、当地ならではのものでとてもよかったです。

静かなロケーション。部屋も綺麗で快適です。ゴンドラリフトでデコ平トレッキングができました。

2泊で利用しました。スタンダードなツインルームを3人利用でしたが、エキストラベッドを入れても十分な広さがあり、ゆったり過ごせました。ロビーの椅子でくつろいだり、プールで泳いだり、朝の散策などホテル内と周辺でゆっくり過ごすことができ、満足です。子供もプールで泳ぎの練習ができ、卓球をしたりと楽しんでいました。バトミントンや大きいブランコで遊んでいるお子さん、夕方のマシュマロ焼きなど、ほのぼのとした時間がホテル内に流れていました。ホテル内でのアクティビティはいろいろ無料ですし、チェックイン前アウト後でもプール利用もできますし、タオルを借りれたりとサービスがありがたかったです。お食事もとてもおいしく、観光だけでなく、ホテル内でゆったり過ごしたい方にもおすすめです。（ただし昼食利用できるレストランはありません。）時期によるようですが、ラウンジでお酒が飲める時間もあって夫は嬉々として飲んでおりました。次は冬のスキーの時も利用したいと思います。

ホテルはエントランスやお部屋もとてもきれいで快適に過ごせました。お風呂やプールが思ったよりこじんまりしていました。夕飯付きのプランが予約でいっぱいで選べず、ホテルにもレストランが無いため、1番近くのお店まで車で20分程かかり、せっかく行ったのに満席でお店で待たせてももらえず「またの機会にお願いします」と言われ、コンビニで食べ物を購入してホテルのお部屋で食べました。事前にホテルから夕食付きでない場合の案内を教えていただけたら、チェックインの前に食料調達するなり、レストラン予約するなりできたのにと、そこがとても残念でした。
