I don't need much in a motel. It was clean, comfortable, fridge and TV worked. Parking was simple, check-in was VERY simple - they were expecting me! Imagine that in a hotel/motel!!

While the owners were great. Bedbugs meant we would not stay there and had to find alternative. They were very good about understanding our issue.

The owner is really nice but needs new bedding covers were stained, pillows old it wasn't cleaned properly inside. Can't control your heat so it was too hot for me. Very loud highway so bring earplugs if you stay here.

The most unclean room Iv ever stayed at. Whomever cleaned our room decided to smoke in the room ,when we arrived at almost 12 at night it STUNK of smoke. We actually found a half smoked cigarette in the empty “clean trash” in the bathroom. This meant when we showered we smelt of smoke because the towels were incased in smoke. On top of that there was a massive stain on my sheets, piece of glass in our bathroom floor and my husband slept on top of the sheets as everything had a layer of dust that we can see from far away. We actually had to go out and buy room spray and left early because we could not stand the filth and smell. Do not recommend.

Thanks for your comment. I am sorry to say that there is no bugs in rooms as every month health department come to check rooms and also we have contract with pest control also . Time to time they come to spray. Regarding smell of smoking we can’t say anything. Thanks

Very bad need attention to clean. Smells cigarette all beds. Someone doesn’t smoke like my self couldn’t sleep in the room. It looks also there is some bedbugs because I saw blood in the wall.

I didn't like that the room was dirty especially in the bathroom. I wish they took more time to clean mirrors and windows. The floors were clean, the beds were nice but the heater was filthy in the bathroom and the table in the room was awfully small for doing anything. My suggestion would be to put coffee makers in the rooms, wash the curtains and windows and keep everything cleaner. The outside was very well kept but I took my 2 grandchildren with me thinking there was a play area which there wasn't. they certainly have the land for one.

My girlfriend and I booked a room for two nights at the Newburg Inn and as our stay progressed we thoroughly enjoyed our stay enough to pay for 3 more nights all together. We really enjoyed the location of this motel. It isn't very far from Stratford and Kitchener which is very convenient for everyday needs. There is also a little town called Baden that is a little closer that has a 24 hour circle k which is always great. The rooms were clean and made up very nicely. The wifi signal was great and service as well. The rate per night was fair and anything you need they will be more than happy to accommodate. Overall we had a great time staying at the Newburg Inn and we will definitely be returning in the near future. Thankyou
